The FYZICAL Monthly Close application processes financial transaction data exclusively on a single local machine owned by the operator. No financial data, customer data, or personally identifiable information is transmitted to any third party, stored on any remote server, or shared with any external service except the official QuickBooks Online and Space Coast Credit Union APIs and websites that the operator already uses directly for their own bookkeeping.
The application does not collect telemetry, analytics, or usage data of any kind. Authentication tokens are stored locally in environment files on the operator's machine and are managed via a local secrets vault (1Password).
No data is sold, rented, or shared with any third party. The application has a single user (the franchisee owner or their authorized bookkeeper) and is not offered to any other party.
